Poor customer service. We agreed on a job and sent $500 to start with besides offering to pay all materials in advance. A weel later he informed me that upon further examination the job would be almost triple its original budget of $1,800 labor. I will not accuse him of bait and switch tactic without more evidence but clearly, he had not properly seen the job before agreeing to do it for that price.
