Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism here. Had two appointments canceled last minute — the first with a vague reschedule request and the second with absolutely no explanation, just an email saying it was canceled. No call, no reason, no apology. The repeated last-minute cancellations made that decision very easy — taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable provider.
