Update: We asked for refund when the receptionist refused to check us in for a prepaid treatment but she refused to do so. And she opened the door and asked us to leave very rudely while I was filling out the forms for the second time. Our experience is totally different than what merchant commented on my post. They mixed up my appointment and forms I previously filled. Not only didn’t apologize or resolve it, the receptionist refused providing a prepaid treatment and didn’t refund me. She rudely asked me out.
They have a super rude receptionist. I made an appointment at their office. But on the day of the appointment when I got there, she refused to let me in. I asked for a refund and she refused. She then sent me out of their office.
