In every transaction, the staff at the store have been friendly, engaging and very helpful. Even after installation, Nelson will answer calls and will come out to the house if there are any problems with the appliances. NQ products have been reliable, in good condition and affordable. I purchased a refrigerator from this store and I was very pleased. They were very nice and hooked it up. They also took my old one for free. The customer service was great and when I needed some work on it they came right out and fixed it. I will definitely purchase from this store in the future.
