Was recommended to use NQ Power Up Electrical by a friend of mine. Excellent service all round from Brett and Sonya in the office to Max and Charlie at the coalface. All were very professional and great communicators. Charlie and Max arrived before the arranged time, determined what the problem was, and explained in simple terms what was required to rectify it. If I could give a score of 0 I would. While Luke is polite and helpful Alex is rude when it is his business that has caused an issue. I am still waiting on my roof to be repaired 2 weeks after my smoke alarms where replaced for the 6th time in 6 months. They have no communication, no professionalism and for a business who installs solar, they cannot even follow a simple battery shut down procedure. I will continue to wait to hear about when my roof will be fixed while I take matters to consumer protection.
No issues. Called up and they came the following day to install my oven.
Brett provided a competitive quote with a great timeline. Charlie and Max completed all the works neatly, including testing, and provided explanations and demonstrations where needed. They even cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.
Don't answer the phone or return messages. Gave up after the third attempt.
