Alex, Luke and apprentice Dylan. Above and beyond when I encountered a significant electrical issue recently, resulting in new property pole and complete cable replacement in very ordinary weather. Attitude - needs to be done, will be there at 8. Turned up in time, recognised severity of issue. Sorted over 2 days. New pole day 1. New cable day 2. Ergon back to sign off and turn power back on. Outstanding service and work.
