Had Max call by to check out 2 faulty external sensor lights. On time, courteous as always, sourced similar lights and replaced in no time. Even called back briefly the next day for minor adjustments after I had the opportunity to test the settings after dark. What a great team consistently providing quality work.
Our smoke alarm (not installed by NQ Power Up Electrical) started going off every 10 minutes from 11:30pm Sunday night. By 2:20am we were exhausted and called NQ Power Up Electrical for help. They arrived within 10 minutes and able to disconnect the faulty alarm straight away. They were polite, respectful and genuinely helpful. We’re so grateful — absolutely recommend their service.
I’d like to thank Pascal who came today and wired up my stove. He was such a nice man and was so helpful. He did everything asked of him without blinking an eye. I’m very appreciative.
