We had a terrible experience building our pool with NQ Pool warehouse. They made lots of mistakes throughout the build and ripped us off. We had x2 waterblades installed incorrectly and our pump had to be moved 3 times due to lack of communication. We had the Sunseeker pool installed which has a platform area. Our platform area is bumpy and hollow in some areas. The platform is meant to be flat. We were told the sand underneath will eventually level out, but i can't imagine it will. I wantto express our appreciation for the work NQ Pools have done. The workmanship and attention to detail was truly impressive, and we are very pleased with the overall quality of the pool, gates, glass gate and service the team have provided us with. Can't wait to send more photos once our outdoor area and poolside furniture are completed. Cheers to the team.
Initially we had a great experience however they damaged my home causing large amounts of water damage and refused to take any accountability. After they get your money they ignore every call and email. Very disappointing for a family run business to have such little care for their work and their clients. I would never recommend them to anyone.
This is our second pool through NQ Pool Warehouse. Both installs have been really well managed by Jean. We love our new pool. If you are looking for a pool definitely get in touch with these guys! Edit to add - dissatisfaction with after service today. The filter installed needs a new cartridge and have being mucked around all day trying to find one by multiple pool supply shops.
