Not the outcome we were expecting!
I used these guys 12 months ago, they did a good job. Try getting them to do another job is like pulling teeth. Keep getting told they're sending a quote but it never comes and I'm sick of chasing it. Disappointing because I was happy with the work. Just be honest and say you don't want to do the job instead of letting me think you're interested.
He came and looked and asked me to email him with details and then didn't bother to get back to me.
