Dr Shane Anderson is truly amazing. I haven’t been able to hear properly for many years due to otosclerosis, and I honestly didn’t realise how much I had been missing until now. From my very first appointment through to surgery and recovery, Dr Anderson showed genuine care, kindness, and incredible professionalism. The change in my hearing has been life-changing, and I’m beyond grateful. I can’t thank Dr Anderson enough for giving me this back. Highly recommended to anyone going through the same journey.
Shane looked after a close family member of mine. His care was unbelievable and his skill levels are world class. You won’t find a better ent anywhere.
Treated very poorly because my son has Cerebral Palsy. Big deal. Was short in a hurry on phone. Fobbed me off then hung up. Dr. Anderson. Never been treated like that by a dr. Disgusted.
Dr Simon Liebenberg was amazing. Couldn’t ask for better care throughout the preparation, operation and patient after-care. Hubby has had this op 2 times before with 2 different surgeons & the difference is like chalk & cheese. Can’t recommend Dr Simon Liebenberg highly enough.would give 10 stars if I could.
Shane is absolutely great and very thorough!! Only giving this rating because their receptionist is probably one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to
