I ha a Gc license they didn’t want to sell me material wow that’s a horrible costumer service
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Came here to get some tiles for a repair and a bag of thinset. Wouldn't sell me the thinset because they said I needed an account. When I tried to make an account they weren't interested in hearing my license information, and said I'd have to mail it in or whatever. The cashier probably just wanted to go home because they were gonna close in 20 minutes. I’m always greeted with a smile and hello. There’s no question to big or stupid ! They will point you in the right direction. They also carry almost anything you need and if they don’t they’ll find it for you or the next best thing to replace it.
