We hired a private contractor to replaster our pool and add a spa. Our contractor told us to check out npt for the material that this is where he would be purchasing it from. I was so overwhelmed by the options, so decided to make my way into the showroom. The only showroom close to me is a good 45 mins to an hour. I took the time to make the trip. I wax helping an elderly neighbor select tile for a replaster job. Nothing big, no huge sale. First, I thought we needed to make an appointment to look at the tiles. So, I called and left two messages requesting an appointment. No return calls to schedule an appointment or letting me know an appointment was not necessary. They have to be the rudest place I have EVER stepped foot into my entire life. They could have the best tile and exactly what I’m looking for and I would NEVER give them my business!
