I wax helping an elderly neighbor select tile for a replaster job. Nothing big, no huge sale. First, I thought we needed to make an appointment to look at the tiles. So, I called and left two messages requesting an appointment. No return calls to schedule an appointment or letting me know an appointment was not necessary. Our plaster and tile is almost finished and it looks awesome thanks to our supplier. I highly recommend using NPT for all of your pool supplies and needs. They have a very nice showroom and the service reps name is Jenni. She is awesome!
