I wasn't impressed my first time here. Nothing bad about it. Just seemed like a Ross with some groceries. I thought it was supposed to have good deals but clothing was overpriced and groceries were some price as my local smiths. Lots of random stuff but nothing great. Clean place, interesting stuff in collectibles but I wouldn't go again
My family loves shopping at NPS so it was disappointing to have a rude and unprofessional customer service experience. We walked into the store right at 7PM (we thought NPS closed at 8PM) and the doors still opened. Immediately a female employee came up to us and yelled that the store was closed. She tried to block us from entering while rudely exclaiming we had to leave now because the store closed. However she did not say anything to other people that came after us.
