The NPS is a great place to go for those unique and rare finds. They have such extrodinary shipments of product you never know what treasures will be in there. I always enjoy going. However, I will say over the past few years the prices have increased dramatically. The food used to be very cheap, even less than Walmart and now it is higher than the most expensive grocery stores. I have limited my visits due to this factor but still visit from time to time and able to pick up one or two great deals.
This is my first review,I’ve really never had such an awful experience. The girl in Collectables is incredibly sweet )far too sweet to be yelled at over something as trivial as hangers. She had a full line of customers waiting to be helped, and instead of the other person in the room stepping in to support her, they chose to side with the aggressor and leave. It makes me rather upset to see all of these negative reviews of such a fun place. It’s an experience, you have to spend a lot of time there to really find the gems, the disorganized manner is also just part of the experience. I love this place, I hope more people understand its greatness
I'm very angry and sad. I've been buying my favorite brands at this store for years, and today the store manager refused to sell me some things I liked from ALO. She said they were from a limited edition and wouldn't sell them to me because they were outside where all the clothes are. I've always bought this ALO brand there. I got a rice cooker. I understand that it's on sale so I'm not expected the perfect condition but the rice cooker I got it super old. Smell bad. They put the signs that don't open the box. I guess we got a bad luck. Hope someone who works there read this and fix it. I'm trying to be honest to not open the box but this is what I got.
