They sell you broken products while implying they're new and then refuse to refund you anything but in-store credit.
This used to be a 5 star review. The prices have gone completely bonkers. Selling trading card packs at $20 per when you can get the same product for $5 on ebay. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a week here and the lines were all the way around the building. Now I can't find anything priced decent and the store is literally empty on a Saturday. Sad!
Great place to good if you're looking for a good deal on tools, or electronics
Went in this morning and honestly things are overpriced or a lot of the food was near or expired but the kicker was the bathrooms being locked and what a to do it was to even attempt to get a key to get to them employees definitely would rather go out of they're way to pawn you off onto another employee definitely not interested in helping at all !
Not sure what happened to their store. Used to be able to find deals. Now prices are just as high as regular retail pricing, but the store is a disorganized mess. If you are getting open items, used items, scratch and dent items, shouldn't it be at a discount? Not going coming back to NPS Orem again. Customer service is terrible!
