Update: situation resolved and the staff were very pleasant about it. Social sporting events have unreliable contact information. Sent an email to their listserv, main POC, and asked the front desk staff how to participate. No reply via email and front desk staff said I needed to email the previously listed POCs. Have little to no trust in this organization if I can’t establish basic communication.

Always clean, and never too crowded. The personnel on-site are always hospitable and helpful, if needed.
