Terrible communication. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Nicholas gave us a fair price - it wasn't the cheapest or the priciest, but it was a very reasonable price for a quality fence in a market where you do get some dodgy operators. He patiently negotiated with both sides, turned up when he said he would, and built a solid frame and fence that matched his quote and was the right fence for the situation. We approached Nicholas about 2 months ago for a quote for our replacement paling fence. He replied within the day and arranged a quote within the week.
