I tried multiple times last year to reach NPL regarding a new chair. I left multiple measages but they never returned my calls. The only time someone did answer they were extremely rude and forwarded me straight to a voicemail. I had some health issues that caused me to temporarily pause my search last year for a chair and a few weeks ago I decided to give them another opportunity. I left multiple messages again. I've had a Jazzy Power Wheelchair for 3 years now and I have always loved riding in style and grace. I wouldn't have it any other way!!!

I have been trying since July (5 months!) to buy a wheelchair for my dad. It seems NPL doesn’t really want to sell us one. I’ve been able to reach our sales rep a couple times by phone, but he always says he’s still working on it. If he doesn’t answer when I call, he doesn’t call back and also doesn’t return emails. I called the corporate headquarters to ask for help—they forwarded me to the sales manager who also didn’t return my call. Called headquarters a second time and no return call again.
