I have been trying since July (5 months!) to buy a wheelchair for my dad. It seems NPL doesn’t really want to sell us one. I’ve been able to reach our sales rep a couple times by phone, but he always says he’s still working on it. If he doesn’t answer when I call, he doesn’t call back and also doesn’t return emails. I have been trying for weeks to have my service I keep getting dressed the run around being told I'm in service when for the next day I get no calls no nothing

Have purchased 2 chairs and was ignored after each. now i need a battery and contacted them 3 times with no reply. Josh was my sales guy. Edit: Seems the boss had Josh call to fix things and Josh didn't like that I said yes you abandoned me, because my chair died twice crossing Rt. 58 in Oberlin after a week of waiting for a call back. At least Josh can say he called to fix it.
