The Napili Kai Beach Resort is incredible. If I had to describe paradise, this would be it. Location, beaches, pools, food, and service. Everything was spot on. People were consistently happy, smiling, and warm. Mark, at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Mele who worked near the main pool and towel station was ALWAYS smiling and warm, she was the definition of perfect Hawaiian hospitality.
