We live in a big 275 house HOA in Oceanside. Got 2 sets of streets done by NPG about 2 years apart. Before the 2nd set of streets was being paved the 1st set started cracking all over the place. When they were were doing the paving they had areas where they had completely different lines on the street making it look sloppy. When asked about the cracks all over the streets after just a few years of normal to light use they tried to blame the garbage truck, as if that shouldn't ALWAYS be factored in wherever trash ia picked up... read more
