🤣 what a joke this place is . I somehow had missed call from them claiming i had bills that were sent to them. I then called the hospital billing department and they said my bills havent been sent to a debt collector yet. Also when i called this place 3 times mind you.. i got hungup on every single time.
This company!!! The 1st rep called me, requested payment on a bill I have never received a statement on.. I asked her to send a bill, and I'll pay it.. $125 She takes my new address and said ok.. I never received a bill.. 2-3 weeks later.. I get another call... I tell this lady the same thing.. she said, they do not mail bills.. (I'm not giving my credit card, checking account nfo to anybody.. I don't even know if this bill balance exist.). So I call around. A scam company!!! Don't trust their phone call. A lot of people got their phone call and overpaid medical bill.
