I am beyond disappointed with the haircut Kevin at NP Barber gave my husband. He completely butchered his hair, leaving him with almost no hair and absolutely no shape or style—right before the wedding of a close family friend. Vivian gave me the worst haircut of my life. My grandma had just passed away the day before, and I came in to get a haircut for her funeral. I showed Vivian a picture of exactly what I wanted and clearly explained that I wanted to keep the length and only clean it up with a small trim. Instead, she cut it much shorter than I asked for.
