Vivian gave me the worst haircut of my life. My grandma had just passed away the day before, and I came in to get a haircut for her funeral. I showed Vivian a picture of exactly what I wanted and clearly explained that I wanted to keep the length and only clean it up with a small trim. Instead, she cut it much shorter than I asked for.
