I’m a bit foggy on the experience bc it was almost a year ago, but my wife and I both said this was a top five sushi experience for us ever. Excited to go back.
I saw this place recommended on TikTok and wanted to try it out. The sushi was so delicious. Highly recommend the New Hope signature roll and the Salmon Avocado roll. Spicy tuna tartare was good too. But would not recommend the yellowtail scallion roll Our server was also very nice.
Restaurant is closed until Sep 8th (this is written on the 2nd). Reservations show the restaurant is open and taking reservations, nothing is posted on the website, Google hours show open. Waste of a drive for our anniversary.
This is the best Japanese food I have ever had. The pork dumplings (steamed) are amazing - the actual dumpling is perfect. The New Hope roll is a signature piece and it is delicious! They have the kindest staff and a wonderful outdoor deck if the weather is nice. Please eat here but not on Tuesdays at 6pm - that's when I go and I need to be able to get a table!!
We drive almost and hour and its well worth it! We go here a few times a year. Absolutely amazing! The dumplings and the Angry Elf roll is delicious. Great staff and its BYOB :)
