This is the best Japanese food I have ever had. The pork dumplings (steamed) are amazing - the actual dumpling is perfect. The New Hope roll is a signature piece and it is delicious! They have the kindest staff and a wonderful outdoor deck if the weather is nice. Please eat here but not on Tuesdays at 6pm - that's when I go and I need to be able to get a table!!
We drive almost and hour and its well worth it! We go here a few times a year. Absolutely amazing! The dumplings and the Angry Elf roll is delicious. Great staff and its BYOB :)
Quite possibly the best sushi I’ve ever had, and definitely thee best dining experience in New Hope. The fish was really fresh and served beautifully with creative takes on everything. The owner and chefs are so kind and talented. Go to Nozomu for the best sushi of your life!
Food and service were fab. Our server (Brenna) was fab! We don’t live in town but would for sure come back regularly if we did! We got the nachos with shrimp, the fried spring rolls, Lnf roll, ragin Cajun roll, and the Godzilla roll. Everything was so good!
It’s a quaint place with great service (thanks Louise). As such, highly recommend making a reservation. Everything we had was very flavorful and would recommend giving it a shot. Just some suggestions to the business: consider adding more non-sushi meals as well as some more drink options.
