Love, Love, Love – Nozomi is be far the best Sushi Restaurant I have ever been to. With three unique floors to choose from. Chef Ken Lee is fun to watch and prepares unique great tasting sushi! The owner is always eager to please and makes sure his customers fully enjoy the dining experience. Perfect for a date night on Friday and Saturday evenings when the Restaurant is lite up with candles. Must stop and visit the turtle pond before you leave fully satisfied!
Nozomi is by far the best sushi spot in C-bad Best Sushi restuarant by far in Carlsbad. Great ambiance and the sevice is phenomenal!! gotta try the shrimp and lobster appetizer and the albacore sashimi. 4 stars all the way!!
Best Sushi...Even better price! Best Sushi in Carlsbad by far. Great spot for a date night or even casual dinner. The sushi chefs are great as are the servers. The food is AWESOME for the price.
Good food, great service – In town for a conference and just did a search for good sushi in North County. This place showed up on yelp. Exterior and interior atmosphere felt cute but still authentic. Ordered the King Kong roll which was suprisingly good. I could really taste the ginger and avocado in the sauce. Also, chef gave me two free rolls (don't know the type) as an apology for a drunk customer's behavior. It was a totally unexpected but very sweet gesture. I will definitely visit again when I'm in town.

cozy sushi spot Nozomi is the place to go for sushi when you're in the Kearny Mesa area. The place is very cozy so dont bring all the friends and family at once! The variety of rolls is pretty good at reasonable prices. I loved the big sashimi salad and it was pretty fun to see that little turtle pool at the restaurant(cute ambiance) so if you can stand the cramped size, do try this cozy little sushi spot.
