Had a radio installed in my truck . The truck will not even turn over now messed up some electrical stuff and this is my work vehicle can’t even contact nobody and they saying they won’t be in till Tuesday if anybody see this review that works there can you reach out to the guy that had the f 150 in 5/20/2023 for the radio and tint installed please can’t even drive my truck now

Dropped off my Jeep to have a new radio, speakers, amp, remote start, and backup camera installed. We supplied the parts, they were doing the install. Got a phone call that the head unit we supplied (and had just purchased) would not load, and we decided we would just return it, and told them to put a new one of theirs in. The model # they gave us and price, was standard, so no price gouging. The next day we were advised it was ready for pick up. At pick up we were quite shocked. Service is horrible they lie about prices to get you to come and the sad part is I paid for a groupon and they didn't want to honor the price they told me over the phone I would encourage anyone to do business somewhere else save yourself a lot of headaches I would never do business with unprofessional people
Damaged the window trim while installing window tint and have done nothing nor responded to me to handle it! Had window tint done on my 1 day old new 2021 Dodge Ram, while installing, when cutting the tint to fit they cut through the rubber trim on the door at the bottom of the window. It needs replaced as it has a 3 inch long slit through it, now water is getting into the door, and the loose rubber trim is just hanging there.
