I have been going to this jewelry store for over 15 years. It is now the only place I go for jewelry. I just had some work done on and old ring and they did a fantastic job as always. And the customer service is above and beyond

TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!!!!! I had my engagement ring made here (ring of my dreams). Terrible quality!!!!! The main claw has now broken off TWICE!! Completely snapped off! I don't even want to bring it back to the store because the manager is not easy to deal with and has poor people skills!! Claims that claws breaking off is normal........ I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone!!!!
