Terrific service! Sought auto and renter insurance for my daughter who recently moved to the area. Elizabeth was extremely good at asking the right questions to understand our needs. She even offered suggestions for plating and licensing the car! They receive the highest marks possible. This is the first Google review I’ve ever done, which is intended to mirror the wonderful service we received.
I was totally disappointed and taken back by the rudeness and aloof attitude towards me by one of the firms principles b/c I expressed dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. How it precipitated was I questioned her via email as to why the agent that was working on my 3 vehicle quotes left on vacation without sending me the 3 quotes, and only notified that he was on vacation when my email to him about the status I received his out on vacation message.
