We hired Brian to consult with us and draw out some plans for a basement finishing project. He was incredibly kind, flexible and generous with his time and knowledge. Brian and his company did an excellent job a few years ago on a project to establish a studio. I was looking at a large garage tear down. And a new build all of which would have run into 6 figures as well as losing most of my yard. Brian's imagination as soon as he saw the situation give a new life to the project, utilizing the old garage and transforming it into a well insulated, functional warm studio, which was beautiful as well.
In the past I was an employee of Brian's and I was always impressed with how he operated his business. He never tried to sell clients on work that wasn't necessary which was very refreshing to see. Brian is a great guy and I'm sure you'll be pleased if you choose to use Noy Design Build for your next project.
To anyone looking for a contractor to do work on a home: I HIGHLY recommend Noy Design Build. Brian is an absolute wizard at designing spaces.
