Absolutely Terrible!!!!!! Everything that I had in there was stolen after a fire that was put out before my unit and I was never informed about it. Cameras weren’t working at all. Somebody was probably cooking meth . Lost over 15k
The customer service is exceptional and always keeps me updated. I had a question about a specific unit sizes and promotions, their property manager responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Nowthen Storage has been outstanding.
I had a great experience with the manager. I won a unit in auction and he was very pleasant to deal with and anytime I had a question he was available and the site was clean and I had a great experience he’s very kind. If it wasn’t so far for me, I’d Definitely rent a storage from there.
There's no possible way to talk to a human. Price went up substantially without notice. They want your money, that's it
