Absolutely Terrible!!!!!! Everything that I had in there was stolen after a fire that was put out before my unit and I was never informed about it. Cameras weren’t working at all. Somebody was probably cooking meth . Lost over 15k
The customer service is exceptional and always keeps me updated. I had a question about a specific unit sizes and promotions, their property manager responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Nowthen Storage has been outstanding.
Nowthen storage went out of their way to provide the best possible service to me, quick to sender the phone and happy to resolve any issues that came about. The site is clean and well taken care of.
