Terrible. New property manager in the last month, doesn’t pickup the phone, left 7 plus messages to the main line and property manager line and can’t get once responses. Their payment system doesn’t work, their online log in doesn’t work, nobody will respond, and then block access to your unit when you do all in your power to pay your monthly bill, and of course with them not responding they send a automated late fees email.

Absolutely Terrible!!!!!! Everything that I had in there was stolen after a fire that was put out before my unit and I was never informed about it. Cameras weren’t working at all. Somebody was probably cooking meth . Lost over 15k

The customer service is exceptional and always keeps me updated. I had a question about a specific unit sizes and promotions, their property manager responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with Nowthen Storage has been outstanding.

I had a great experience with the manager. I won a unit in auction and he was very pleasant to deal with and anytime I had a question he was available and the site was clean and I had a great experience he’s very kind. If it wasn’t so far for me, I’d Definitely rent a storage from there.
