This company did not communicate that my steroid inhaler was not covered by my new insurance until I had to reach out to see why it had not been filled. I got a text asking if I wanted to refill it and I replied yes. After five days or no response or delivery I reached out to ask for delivery. I had an excellent experience with NowRx. I formerly got my Rx's from CostCo. But this time the CostCo PharmD stood between me and my doctor and refused to fill a legit Rx which they had, btw, filled twice before. I will not reveal the med except to say that it won a Nobel award, is on the WHO list of essential medicines, has been prescribed for millions in literally billions of doses, has a well known mild side-effect profile that is better than Aspirin. I have been with NowRX for almost three years. NowRX started out great. It was awesome. They didn't make mistakes, they delivered when they said they would, fantastic. Fast forward to the last year. Total nightmare. They make as many mistakes as the local pharmacy, they forget medications when they deliver so you don't get them on time and you have to wait an additional day to get all of your medicines.
