Went there for a brake controller just before close time on a public holiday. No body wanted to know me or help me. Don't go there for service or parts unless you brought a CV from there. Crap customer service. Ended up getting what I needed from supercheap down the road who had excellent service.

I recently contacted Nowra RV Centre with a question about my electric brakes. I wasn’t a previous customer, nor did I purchase my caravan from them, but they still took the time to offer free, honest, and helpful advice over the phone. Their team’s professionalism and willingness to assist someone out of goodwill genuinely impressed me. They’ve earned my respect, and I won’t hesitate to bring my future business to them. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—highly recommend!
Just payed $64 for a camec outside door handle .everywhere else i looked was at worst $20 cheaper..my bad
Jayco own it now and it shows. Not much on display, and they tried to not refund a faulty pump because it wasn’t in its box! I had to quote Aus Consumer Law at them
