After going here for scans throughout all my 5 pregnancies, I had to booka scan and the receptionist is an absolute joke couldn't explain where a fee comes from when a patient isn't understand where the costs and prices are coming from, and then completely lies. Breaches the privacy act by opening medical health records when she's not legally allowed too as she's only a receptionist and not a medical professional!!! Clean and inviting and very nice reception and nurse and technicians.
Really happy with my experience here. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and very helpful. I was checked-in quick and easy and they were calm and friendly. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well organised, and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment (2 min wait). This review is regarding the treatment I have received throughout this entire process involving my knee/joint issues, including both specialist care and radiology services. This experience has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. My GP advised that I needed a referral to an orthopaedic surgeon. Reception staff lack basic kindness, they are rude and aggressive. No professionalism or empathy here. The community would benefit if the hiring manager could be a little more discerning about the nature of the customer facing staff, as they are currently putting staff on the front desk who have personality problems & anger issues.
