Freya at reception was very professional and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. The technician introduced themselves clearly, explained the process step-by-step, and was thorough and reassuring throughout. A very professional and positive experience.
I've been to Nowra Radiology a couple of times now and each time I've found the team very professional and easy to talk with. The communication level was excellent and I have noticed how patient they are as well talking with elderly clients who may be struggling a bit more than most. The reception staff were very polite, friendly and professional. My appointment was right on time. The Ultrasound lady was super nice and caring and an absolute gem. The whole process was a super easy. Would highly recommend.
