Very poor customer service. No greeting or initial information. We had the windscreen on our van replaced - 6 hour job. They are in the industrial area of South Nowra, quite a distance from shopping centre and public transport but they didn’t have a curtesy bus and there was no offer to drive us to town or the nearest bus stop. It was raining heavily. They offered to ring a taxi which ending up costing $25, which is a substantial amount for seniors. Also we nearly walked out with the van keys as they didn’t request them. Dropped my truck off this morning and the front window screen was fitted that day. Thanks Campbell and team. Then was sent a great video on how to retrieve the key to my truck during out of hours. Very professional and easy going people. And I said a short prayer to the wood duck that decided my front windscreen was a good place to land.
