Initial review was 2 star as at annual service asked for advice re a specific issue that was identified previously in order to determine if some remedy was required and this was not provided at time of payment for service. When I remembered ( shortly after leaving the service department, I called the office, was told all staff were busy and that a message to call me back would be forwarded…….still no call…….Now give a 4 star as a representative has called me back, with a planned approach to the issue.
A drop in visit to the dealership proved a very rewarding experience with Carl showing us a vehicle that we just could not leave in the showroom. He was friendly and definitely not one of those pushy sales people you often encounter in dealerships. We ended up with a fabulous deal and lots of unexpected extras when we picked up our beautiful new 35th Anniversary Edition MX5 3 days later. Thanks to Carl and all the team at Nowra Mazda. A definite recommendation.
