Very disappointed with the service experience at Mazda Nowra. In December my CX-8 was diagnosed with a Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor fault and "fixed". The issue returned immediately after leaving. In February the vehicle broke down on the highway with multiple warning lights, which was extremely concerning from a safety perspective. At the 150,000km service we clearly asked for the ongoing fault and breakdown to be investigated. The car was kept all day and we were called at 4:50pm (10 minutes before closing) to collect it.
