I was unable to find a supply of the exact decking screws required to complete my deck maintenance job by visiting all hardware suppliers in Bomaderry and Nowra. They all said they don't seem to have it in stock. So, I called Nowra Fastners, who requested I send a photo of the item, and they messaged back almost immediately advising they can arrange to have the stock in store the following day. After visiting 6 different specialists who didn't stock what I needed, and having received a tip off from the last store I visited, I found this supplier in Bellevue Street in South Nowra and was back in my car in under 10 minutes with exactly what I was looking for. They knew all about the tow weight of my caravan, the capacity of my towing vehicle, recommended a product, knew what it was capable of, and it was at a reasonable price. highly recommend.
