Dr Mon is very thorough. I believe he’s the best GP in town. He is very caring and easy to talk to. He does follows up and sincerely cares about your wellbeing. All of the one stars for waiting, all I can say is that I recommend all patients to call before your appointment and his friendly receptionists will recommend a time to come in if he is running late. Bec is amazing and very caring. I would highly recommend this practice.
No good, made my breathing worse by prescribing me the wrong medications over and over. Had to see a specialist to undo and find diagnosis of actual issue. After several years on, refused to help with a medical for a potential job. ( I havnt seen u since 2024, im practically not even ur doctor) his words. Go see a real doctor and u might just get in in under 3 hours wait time.
Have been a patient of his for some time, why? His wait time is rediculous, how does a 10 min appointment turn into a 2hr wait time, I’ve waited 3 weeks for very important results he doesn’t care as long as holidays are done for him and he works 1/2 a week
Booked for 11:50 i have arrived at 11:40 and i was told i was 6th in line and could be waiting for over an hour.. seriously what is the point of booking? If your gonna over book it or cant even manage booking times?
