A BIG shout out to Noel, Chris & the team at ARB Nowra for their assistance sorting out my Weight Distribution Kit issues this week! Unfortunately we purchased the wrong size WDK for our car/caravan from TJM Wollongong earlier in the week & Tony at TJM Wollongong was able to arrange a replacement kit & fitting with Noels ARG Nowra store the following day before we head off to Sth Australia in a few days time. Noel & Chris bent over backwards to fit & explain the new WDK. Great service guys! THANKS!
I have got to give the biggest shout out to the team at Nowra 4WD and outdoor products Chris, Shannon and everyone we spoke with and helped with our build to our landcruiser and lovalls upgrade.
I wish I got his name. But one of the guys there today, was so helpful with getting my roof racks off that had been stuck on. He was very friendly, even disposed of them for me. Great customer service. Thanks mate.
My mother had a canopy installed by arb nowra. Not only did they leave a dent they took all her change from the centre console also. Very disappointed they could treat an elderly lady that way..
Waste of time. Clearly have no desire to help your customers. You promise to call back and get in contact but never do. Been waiting 5 months for a simple task to be completed but still can't manage that. Many other better shops in the local area with better prices and quality services. Seems poor communication is an ongoing issue based off reviews from many people on Google and online groups.
