Very disappointed in the customer service. Range about single roof rack for our DMax the fellow said he would ring back after check ing as to whether he had them in stock. No phone call back. Rang back again requesting the same. This time spoke to Stuart he also assured me he would check and ring me straight back. Final he did ring me back after a few hours by this time I was pretty annoyed. I was advised to buy sidesteps and rails from a particular supplier from you guys. The supplier told me that they hadn’t fitted those to this years model so wouldn’t guarantee they would fit!! Upon passing that information on to you guys I was told to order them, quote ( we will make them fit ) . Great advice, so now they are in my garage, the supplier won’t take them back and I’m out of pocket $1100 ! Thanks
