I usually go to the clinic here and always forget to ask for my prescription paperwork INSTEAD of using NowPills... Today I paid the price for that mistake. NowPills promises same day delivery. This morning I made my order with their pharmacy team... by almost 6pm I was wondering where my medication was... I needed to call them and they told me "it was busy sorry, we will deliver tomorrow". These are medications NowPills, sorry doesnt cut it. I will no longer be using your service.
Pressure you to use there pharmacy. Waste of time literally go anywhere else
For the pharmacy owner I would suggest the pharmacy which is running next to that to focus on your work first ,before asking for reviews. I went to ask about the medication and the girls in the pharmacy receptions is more interested to get the reviews than answering my questions about medications. I got really frustrated about this kind of behaviour as I am also working in the healthcare industry. My prescription is not ready yet even I called earlier for pick up and assured me that it would be ready. They want me to wait at the pharmacy again...🙄
