Took 20 minutes to get an simple ointment. Also, they were prompting for a google review as part of their routine. Never going there again.

Friendly staff, but the service was very disappointing. They only gave me 5 pills of my medication and promised the rest would be delivered the next day or within 3 days max. After 5 days, I had to call, and they had no idea what I was talking about. They took my address again and promised delivery the next day, still nothing. I would not recommend relying on their delivery service at all. It’s frustrating and unreliable

They really need to improve their management. I waited for an hour and a half and asked twice about my prescription. The girl at the counter just told me, “They will call your name.” The third time I asked, another staff member finally came to help me. She asked for my doctor’s name, room number, date of birth, and insurance, and promised I would get my prescription in 5 minutes. However, even though it wasn’t busy in the morning, it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes in total for just one tube of cream and 28 tablets. It’s ob... read more
