The receptionist is rude. I waited 2 weeks for a call back about a referral that was put in for me. Left several messages. And no answer. Then they finally decide to call me back and tell me they don't treat my health condition. Which is very common by the way. The exact words she used was the doctor DECLINED me cause of it. I recently took my mother to see Dr. Nowokere Esemuede, MD and he was so amazing! We saw him at his Spyglass Rd. location, the front desk girls were so welcoming and kind. Sharonda was the medical assistant, she was outstanding; patient, kind, HELPFUL and so great with my mom. Dr. “E” made us feel so comfortable. He didn’t make us wait, at all! My husband was in Wuesthoff hospital in February, his cardiologist put a stent in his groin. Everything was fine and he was going to be released the next day. However Dr Esemuede called me at 4:43am and informed me they were wheeling my husband into the operating room and he was going to amputate his leg as he had a blood clot.
