Contacted them last Friday regarding the plumbing and drainage in my bathrooms and mainly the washing machine that flooded the washroom. They answered immediately and set up an appointment for Monday. Mr. Tyler stated he tried calling but issues with my phone so I did not hear the call come through. He followed up with a text which I did receive. He provided enough time for me to get home to meet him. We were in a bind. The plumbing in my daughter’s house had a blockage that prevented use of the kitchen, bathroom and washer. With a 9 month old baby, this was a significant hardship. I called Nowell’s, spoke with Tyler and explained the problem. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was onsite within 20 minutes accurately diagnosed the issue. Unbelievably good service! I’d rate higher than 5 stars if I could. I had a leak with my toilet that I was struggling with for hours. He came in and fixed it very quickly and professionally. Happy to have a go-to guy to call and recommend to others. Thank you very much!

Had another company come out the day prior to unclog my sewer line and I was told that the roots were too big and there was nothing they could do except replace the whole sewer line. Nowells Plumbing came out the next day to gave me a second opinion and was able to unclog the line in under 10 minutes saving me thousands of dollars. Will be most definitely using their services in the future.

We had a drain pipe start leaking due to foundation settling. The settling also caused our toilet to lift from the floor. Tyler came out and repaired the leaking pipe, that allowed repairs to my foundation. Tyler then returned to reseat the toilet after the foundation work was completed. He was quick and courteous, completing the work then cleaning the area afterwards. I can’t recommend Tyler enough for his work!
