My husband was in severe pain over the weekend and when I called Dr. Nowell's office, the lady answering the phone was so kind. I immediately had a return call back and the appointment was made ASAP, which was very early on a Monday morning. My husband stated that Dr. Nowell and all the staff were extremely kind and sympathetic toward him during his time of need!
