It took an hour to check into NOWcare for them to offer an appointment the following afternoon. I wish I could give 0 stars for the huge waste of time
They refused to see me because my back has been out before, therefore it wasn’t urgent enough. I can’t stand for long, sit, or bend over and simply because I already had an appt with pain management and recently had an MRI (for completely unrelated conditions) they told me it wasn’t urgent enough. I now have to wait 3 weeks to get any sort of help unless I want to pay exorbitant ER fees. If you go here, do not disclose any of your medical history to them. Highly recommend NOWcare!!! So convenient, on the spot evaluations/ treatment, and amazingly efficient team. Have been so thankful for this service available to our community- took my 3 year old toddler in after a fall, and Brock Rutherford was great! We were in and out, including eval, x-rays and cast placement within an hour, and never felt rushed. They were so sweet and great with my daughter. Thank you!!!
