Mr. N**** just built a retaining wall, walkway and grill island for us We had a few challenges to work around in determining design, and he exhibited the most experience and real world knowledge of anyone with whom we spoke. He came up with great ideas to accommodate our requirements and which also met our budget. They are a great crew who work fast and diligently. I wish I could give this guty zero stars. Hired Nowak to install a backyard patio. The patio looked great when it was first installed. Nowak told us that when he does a job he stands by the job. However, within a short period of time the patio pavers began to sink. Novak came out and threw some filler with resin between the pavers. This accomplished absolutely nothing as the patio continued to sink. We now have a patio with huge dips that cause water to pool and form large puddles. This type of review is exactly why business reviews are losing their credibility. There are a few facts that are missing here. In June, 2007 (11 years ago) I completed a two tiered patio for **** and **** ********. The following April they had me back to complete a smaller project adjacent to the patio. The following year, I replaced their front stairs. In January of 2016 **** called me to tell me of settlement behind the wall. I went to the home two days later and saw nothing but snow on the patio. Nowak Landscape Construction has performed 2 landscape jobs for us, we have found them to be reputable, honest, the quotes are accurate, work performed on time and very satisfied with the work performed, all the work done strongly exceeded our expectations, we strongly recommend Nowak Landscaping for any job, they are a great to work with.
Brian and his crew did an amazing job on my new brick walkway. We had something specific in mind with lots of cuts and turns. Mr. N**** worked with us to give us just what we were looking for. They were very professional, timely and neat. Highly recommended, we would not hesitate to work with them again.
Brian and his crew did a phenomenal job. I had small unused deck and patio and he transformed it into a great outdoor patio that we took full advantage of this summer. Nowak Landscape then turned my narrow front walkway into a beautiful path with a great flow to the new granite stairs. Brian worked with us on the design, made suggestions on the best materials for my yard and completed the project on time and on budget. I had a great experience and I will definitely call him again for the next project.
Very happy with the patio and grill island we had done by Nowak Landscape! They were always here when stated and communicated very well every step on this project. Brian is very meticulous and knowledgeable in his work. They were also very patient with some of the unplanned changes. We would definitely recommend Nowak Landscape and use them again.
I had them do some work and they put in th wrong wall. When brought to his attention Brian said he has no problem coming back to change it. He never returned my phone calls or made it right. Way over priced as well. He dose t even deserve one star because of his character.

I have to respond to this review due to the number of questionable statements made by the homeowner. An estimate was given to ***** on July 5, 2016 after a walkthrough of the property where ***** instructed me what work she would like to be completed. The project was to replace an existing wall with a concrete block retaining wall, a concrete paver driveway apron and a small decorative natural stone wall using 1"-3" Penn Flat stone. ***** was very specific as to the type of material to be used, length, height and the radius... read more
