The physician consistently delivers exceptional care; however, the administrative support staff responsible for appointment scheduling and telephone communications presents a distinct area of concern. Regardless of arrival time or scheduled appointment, there is a consistent pattern of other individuals being prioritized. We will assess the Clifton office as an alternative; should similar issues arise, we will seek services elsewhere.
Great doctor! Does a bunch of tests in office to check your health status and explains everything clearly. The issue is we waited almost two hours to see him. 2 out of the 3 office staffers that we came in contact with were not friendly at all. If they can just get their scheduling in order, and train the staff to be friendly it will be a great place.
Every time I go, I wait in the lobby for an hour just for them to throw me into another room for another half hour then the Dr shows up finally and this happens every single time I come here, if you value your time don’t come here they’ll only waste it
