Fantastic customer service. Although they were heavily booked with jobs they managed to squeeze me in and get me mowing again. I highly recommend them and their friendly staff.
In Jan 24, I was stupid enough to buy a Toro 75500 ride on mower. Batteries were supposed to fully charge in 11 hours, two days later still not charged. By December the mower was unuseable. They charged $160 to pick up the mower under warranty and replace the batteries in January, taking several weeks to do it. The new batteries charged twice fully in the first 3 months, since then, not in 3 days, mower near useless again. They use lead acid batteries when everybody else uses lithium. A great place for buying lawn/garden equipment. Big selection of mowers and ATVs. They do repairs and servicing as well. Friendly and helpful staff. I recommend.
The service i received from Blake was great, he was very knowledgeable. And then Mark who delivered my ride was amazing, he spent time with me showing how to use my new ride. Would deffinately reccomend these guys.
Had them put parts away for me had to travel over an hour when I got there the parts had been sold.
