Lazy and unprofessional staff... avoid the stress and go elsewhere
if I could leave a lower star I would! We tried to purchase a mower on two occasions, called to get someone to call us back twice the previous week. No one called Went into the shop TWO staff members did not even acknowledge or come and help at all, THEN rang to speak to the owner only to get the worst attitude back and told to basically go away, No apology, no trying to fix the situation and say I’m sorry for the lack of care. To think we were about to spend $8k at a shop that doesn’t care about their customers at all.
Phoned up for ride on parts. The guys put aside genuine and non genuine part for me to look at . Arrived had a look and walked out with the non genuine part. Great price. Happy.
Purchased a Cub Cadet from them, had a pressed deck which fell apart, so I ask them to order in a new fabricated deck, after a month they still hadn't ordered it in, they just wasted my time so I had to go else were to get my mower working again. Zero customer care.
