I purchased a property through Downtown Realty, and the entire process was 100% remote, handled by agent Mr. Larry. The legal documentation process was carried out by Now Title Agency, which appears to be a sister company of Downtown Realty, helping to streamline the process. They have a very functional and easy-to-use online platform for registration, digital signatures, and document management. Very good!
