Their social media presence is beautiful and what brought us in but it fell flat from there. Pros: Taro Boba was delicious and partner liked the banh mi. Cons: It felt very dirty inside sticky greasy floor as you walk in, everything needs a deep clean. Service was prompt. Glad they were open til midnight since my flight got in so late. The large combination pho was $20 but it was indeed the largest I’ve had, maybe in my life. The quality of beef wasn’t great - seemed rough and too thick. But the couple pieces of tendon were excellent. Nothing to complain about for the broth. Noodles were good.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered a pho. While I was eating, another customer walked in and sat down nearby. I noticed something concerning while the staff were preparing to serve them. The employees picked up a glass of water that appeared to have been left behind by a previous customer. Instead of replacing it with a clean glass, they simply refilled it with tap water and served it to the new customer.
