I visited the clinic today to see my GP and had both a blood test and a cervical screening. Unfortunately, the nurse (or staff member) who took my blood was very rude and unkind. She treated me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I understand that healthcare workers are often busy, but patients still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and care. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously so that other patients don’t have the same unpleasant experience.
I’ve always had a great experience at NOW Medical Centre. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. The nurses, especially Ham, go above and beyond. You can tell be really takes time to listen and makes sure you’re comfortable. The whole team makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
