I visited the clinic today to see my GP and had both a blood test and a cervical screening. Unfortunately, the nurse (or staff member) who took my blood was very rude and unkind. She treated me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I understand that healthcare workers are often busy, but patients still deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and care. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously so that other patients don’t have the same unpleasant experience.
I’ve always had a great experience at NOW Medical Centre. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. The nurses, especially Ham, go above and beyond. You can tell be really takes time to listen and makes sure you’re comfortable. The whole team makes every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
All staff members, including the receptionists and nurses, are highly commendable. Dr. Lee, in particular, stands out as one of the most thorough and empathetic gp we have encountered. His dedication to understanding the patients and their families' concerns is highly professional.
They have the nicest staff! Reception ladies, nurse and doctor are so polite, professional and caring. Doctor Chung is very thorough. I feel like he listens to me and provides the best support he can. This clinic can get very busy and only works by appointment so be sure to book in advance.
