We needed somewhere to stay in our transition from one house to the next so we called now leasing. While the office staff is very friendly and helpful we have had HORRIBLE experiences at both apartments we have. In the week and a half we've been there we have had 3 toilets flood, a shower leak, the fireplace leak, the freezer flooded twice and now they are having to repair it, and my father in laws apartment is infested with lady bugs. 1 or 2 lady bugs I can understand but there are literally hundreds. I've stayed in corporate housing several times due to being relocated for jobs. Let me start by saying, this is by far the best corporate housing company that I've ever dealt with. Their service is unmatched and they provided me with a multitude of options throughout the greater Memphis area. When staying in an apartment, some things are out of the corporate housing company's control. (Hence, what most of "Selah B.'s" complaints are referencing).
