I walked in, and waited to talk to the tax preparer to make an appointment. She warmly welcomed us in and did the taxes then and there! She was very competent and provided wonderful conversation. I will go back next year. It is located inside of the Lawndale Medical Plaza building. Take the elevator to their suite. Sunshine is available M-F, but I walked in on a Saturday and talked to Dahlila.
