I contacted this company long ago about a tainted product, jumped through hoops to provide evidence as required, and they have not even replaced the product. Very uncaring and unprofessional in my opinion. Health & wellness? Not at all! UPDATE: After hearing from a supervisor, I was clearly misled when "Todd" the supervisor indicated I would receive a replacement for my tainted product within a week. It has been nearly two weeks!
