Three months have gone by, NO RESPONSE FROM TWO SUPERVISORS! One simple supplement order, silently cancelled over an “invalid address” that displays perfectly in my own account on their site. I've been buying NOW products for decades, usually through local stores, Amazon, or iHerb. This time I decided to order directly from the company because they offered a better selection and I wanted to support them. Their website states that orders ship by the next business day and arrive within 3–5 days. I placed my order on June 12, and by June 17 it still had not arrived.
