I've been buying NOW products for decades, usually through local stores, Amazon, or iHerb. This time I decided to order directly from the company because they offered a better selection and I wanted to support them. Three months have gone by, NO RESPONSE FROM TWO SUPERVISORS! One simple supplement order, silently cancelled over an “invalid address” that displays perfectly in my own account on their site. No notification — I found out by logging in myself. What came next: Customer service manager: Chris Garcia engaged, then vanished. Senior manager: Marymae Lorenzo never replied once.
