We found this studio by accident. So glad we did! This is not a gym loaded with bulky equipment but instead a passionate trainer who knows how to connect with ppl and understands your fitness needs.

Its been hard work trying to get in shape with NOW Fitness. However, the journey has been great and I'm building up my stamina!
I have been working with Tray and Now fitness for about 6 months and am really enjoying it. It pushes me to my limit each time, but it is so worth it.
