I am a current patient at Now Dental. Currently you cannot get a live person to talk to when you call in. Sometimes waiting days for a response. When they did call back, they didn't know I had already resolved my issue from within the office. This is very frustrating as I need real time answers to my questions. This new AI system is not working for me. May switch dentist who will respond to the needs of the patients as a priority
